The website and email are provided through services from LH.PL sp. z o.o., ul. ks. Jakuba Wujka 7/26, 61-581 Poznań, Poland. On the company side, only Mariusz Marciniak can access the server and mailbox. The provider states that standard hosting is located in Poland (ATMAN); the data location for this specific Kiwi 10G package still needs confirmation.

Enquiries and retention

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, project location and a description of the work; you may also attach a file. Short messages unrelated to the services are deleted immediately. If an enquiry develops into a potential service, correspondence may be retained for several months to preserve the history of discussions. The precise period depends on the case and must be approved before publication. Messages are sent to info@smartekohouse.pl.

When the form is enabled, it uses a necessary session cookie named smarteko_contact for one-time submission verification. The cookie lasts until the browser session ends and is not used for analytics or advertising. The server-side session file contains a verification token. A hash of the email address used to limit repeated submissions is kept on the server for up to one minute. The website does not store enquiry text or attachments in its public files.

The form is currently disabled until email is configured and the privacy information is approved.

Items to confirm before publication

The legal bases for processing, a more precise retention criterion, any other recipients or processors, possible transfers outside the EEA, and the data location for the LH.PL package. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts; this service must be included in the data-flow review or the fonts should be hosted locally.
